oh, you just reminded me,
of the time we both fell
blindly into the sea.
splashing, crashing waves
and we saved our love
for the end of day.
oh, how we would

i never regret the time we stood
together on that mountan top
looking over the egde
we dropped all our years of fear
and held each other ear to ear.
why did it feel so cold?
why did i tremble when you told me so
we better leave
the deadest leafs
fell from the trees
like my heart that sank
to my shaking knees.
oh you just reminded me
of that time we both jumped
blindly into lovely WE.
splashing, crashing
breathing, seething
my mind now left unforgiving.
